WHAT DOES A TYPICAL TRAINING SCHEDULE LOOK LIKE?
At Absolute Sports Performance we strive to provide our speed and agility training in the format that is going to best lead to your child’s success. Whether it’s one to one, with a buddy, a couple team mates, or your whole team, we’ve got the unrivaled sports training techniques to take your child’s game to the next level.
Level 1 Athletes
Level 1 athletes train with our sports performance coach 2x per week
Level 2 Athletes
Level 2 athletes train 1x per week with our sports performance coach
In either case, the athlete gets homework appropriate to where they are at and what they should be doing. All athletes receive appropriate nutritional coaching and mental game work.
Most teams train with our sports performance coach 1x week, where we come to them usually for a 6 - 8 week block. During training team coaches receive injury prevention training, conditioning, and warm up protocols to optimize their players/teams performance.
